1. Donation Terms & Use of Funds

All contributions made to Givers Hands (financial, material, or in-kind) are deployed exclusively towards our declared charitable objects: youth education, mentorship, digital skills development, and community relief.

2. Section 18A Tax Certificates

Section 18A tax receipts are issued to South African taxpayers for eligible donations. Requests must be accompanied by proof of payment and donor tax details sent to donations@givershands.org.

3. Volunteer & Mentor Code of Conduct

Volunteers and mentors agree to adhere to child safeguarding principles, respectful communication, and ethical standards when interacting with beneficiaries and community partners.
